Ella Runciter

My name is Erin aka Ella Runciter. I'm 24, born & raised in SC, but I'm currently living in the Charlotte, NC metro area. I have the best parents in the world, and an amazing brother & sis-in-law who live in SC. My niece Emma is 3, and my nephew Ryan is going on 7 months. I'm a doting aunt and go to visit them whenever I can. I'm a frogmama to Doobie, my adorable White's tree frog.

I graduated from Wake Forest University with a BA in French. Currently, I'm waiting tables in a small Italian restaurant so I can save money to go back to school for dental hygiene. I have a love/hate relationship with writing. I ghost wrote 1 kids' book and authored another one.

I love to read, mostly science fiction. My favorite author is Philip K. Dick. I play the electric bass (horribly), and I adore classic rock and bubblegum pop from the 60s & 70s. When the whim strikes, I do bead work, making jewelry, embroidery, cross-stitch, basically anything crafty and detail-oriented. In the summer, I enjoy whitewater rafting. I've recently become addicted to Aromaleigh mineral makeup and have met some fabulous ladies on the forums there.

This blog is basically a brain dump for me where I can put down what's happening in my day-to-day existence, rant when I need to, and post the occasional makeup look and/or product review.
